    Years of poor dietary choices resulted in me reaching nearly 100kg before I turned 28. The dissatisfaction with my physical appearance and concerns about my overall well-being prompted a pivotal decision: I resolved to embark on a transformative journey. In the process of reclaiming my health, I discovered a profound love for fitness, which ultimately became my vocation.

    My purpose now revolves around empowering women through their fitness endeavors, enabling them to lead healthier lives and cultivate bodies that exude confidence and contentment.
