I absolutely love protein pancakes. They are a super healthy and well-balanced breakfast idea for a healthy lifestyle. I’m not sure if there is anything better than freshly made pancakes to kick-start your morning. Try out this simple high-protein pancake recipe and enjoy all the goodness.
Ingredients:
- Half a cup of oat flour
 - Half a cup of almond milk
 - Three egg whites
 - Three teaspoons of xylitol
 - A handful of chocolate chips
 - One teaspoon of baking powder
 - Two tablespoons of plain yogurt (fat-free or full cream)
 
Method:
- Run everything through a blender on medium or low speed until very well mixed (alternatively use a mixing bowl and whisk all ingredients together)
 - Grease your frying pan with Weighless Spray and Cook
 - Spoon the batter onto the frying pan (size to your preference)
 - When the edges start to look dry (two-three minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side
 
**Note – you can also make your own flour for your high-protein pancakes:
 Place two to three cups of raw oats into a blender and blitz until fine and powdery.
